I wonder who kept it there ?
It’s a little sad, actually — I found it lying by the side of the trail. I picked it up and photographed it, then walked on. I went back later, thinking I might like to bring it home with me, and I found only broken pieces lying scattered on the ground. So I guess I’ll never know how and why it got to be there.
Yes, it is sad.
