The theme of Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week is Letter F – Topic is Fun or Flowers.

To me flowers are all about fun.  But fun is not limited.   Have fun with this week’s challenge.

Since I just posted a bunch of flower images a couple of days ago, I decided to focus on the fun part of this week’s challenge.

Back in the 1990s, I used to spend a fair amount of time at this local park playing disc golf with the Big Guy and a few of our friends. Since then, the course has had a few upgrades, like the signs and a pro shop. I have such great memories of the place that even now when I think about fun, disc golf is right near the top of the list.

I ventured out to the park with my camera this morning, hoping to get some shots of the disc golfers — but something told me to also take along a couple of my old discs, a driver and a putter. Since there weren’t that many people out, I wound up playing about nine holes… and I had a blast! I think I’m definitely going to have to make time in my life for more disc golf.
