Trees
My entry for Cee’s Black & White Challenge this week highlights a historic olive orchard on the northwest edge of Folsom, just across the American River from Folsom Prison. These trees were planted more than 100 years ago and, although abandoned for many years, still continue to produce fruit. I’m hoping to do some research and learn more about this orchard and the buildings that once existed in the area.

Oh WOW, I would love to walk that path. Any your other tree is fabulous. 😀
Thanks, Cee! You can really feel the history as you hike this trail, and the trees are amazing survivors.
Looking at these old trees is just like looking through time long gone. Very amazing 🙂
