I do not know what sort of building or buildings once stood on this site, on a point of land just north of where Sweetwater Creek enters Folsom Lake. This area is located on the South Fork of the American River near the Salmon Falls Bridge, and since the lake levels appeared to be rising on the day of this visit, it could well be that these foundations have now disappeared underwater once more.
