I didn’t get going as early as I should have this morning, but I stopped by Rodman Slough Park (on the north end of Clear Lake) to say hello to the ospreys and revisit one of my favorite very short hikes. It was wildly overgrown and I had to pick my way through Scotch broom, star thistle, berry bushes, and a lot of poison oak. But it was still beautiful to me, and I had the trail all to myself.
