Between 2014 and 2016, the month of May meant spending a week with the Big Guy and his parents at Soda Bay in Lake County, in the shadow of Mt Konocti. Rather than drive around and explore as I tend to do nowadays, my outings were restricted to walking distance from the area where we were staying, which happened to be the Edgewater Resort (now closed). I was using whatever camera was handy, so the colors and megapixels were sometimes unpredictable. But the scenery was lovely enough to make up for my photographic shortcomings, and I still enjoy looking back at the images from those years.
