You may have noticed that I haven’t been around much for the past week or so. It’s nothing too serious, just that the Big Guy decided it was time for another Texas road trip, and I couldn’t find the energy to both blog and prep for the journey. We’ll be traveling the same route as last summer, but here’s hoping the temperatures will be a bit cooler this time.
