Driving along I-40 through Arizona, New Mexico, and the northern part of Texas, we had plenty of big semi trucks for company.

We had a lucky spotting while stopped alongside Interstate 40 in Arizona; this coyote looked to be making her usual morning rounds through the parking area before heading, with well-accustomed caution, across the road and away into the desert.

Sonoma coast holiday
I’ve been at the coast with the Big Guy for a few days, with limited internet access and no phone service at all. Although I’ll soon have loads of new photos to share, this one — taken by the side of Highway 1 near Salt Point — will have to serve as a bit of a teaser. I can hardly wait to share the rest!
