My entry for Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge this week.
While on holiday in San Francisco I was enjoying the view from my 8th story window but wasn’t satisfied with my night photography — the images were much too blurry, with a lot of distracting “noise.” Then I switched over to the monochrome setting and I was amazed at the difference in the images! I think the bluish tint gives just the right touch to the city at night.

Smoke from Northern California wildfires lingered even at 10 p.m.

Night life seems very wild in SF 🙂
