When you live within walking distance of the bluffs in Orangevale, it’s kind of hard to come up with good excuses not to get outside and exercise (at least on days when the rain isn’t coming down sideways). It also helps that many of the trails will take you up and down hills, providing you with a good cardiovascular workout; and if you can carry on hiking until your breathing goes back to normal, you feel sure you must be in pretty decent shape!
