What lovely eyelashes!

What happens when you surprise a couple of does on your morning walk? If you’re lucky, they stand around for a few minutes, staring at you and trying to decide what their next move should be. These two girls seemed inclined to carry on as before, picking their way up the hill to my left — until they suddenly heard the voices of people approaching from that direction. Oops, time to switch directions and head for cover!
