San Francisco’s Salesforce Transit Center officially opened in the late summer of 2018 — but only six weeks later it was shut down again, due to the discovery of cracks in the structural steel girders. Although I’d already seen the exterior on previous visits to the city, I finally got a chance to explore the inside this past August. I do wish I had taken more time to look around and shoot pictures — especially since it was far from busy at 10:30 in the morning; but I was only passing through on my way home, so a quick look was all I managed.
