I’m not sure precisely when this bridge was constructed (although the sign below does give a hint, I suppose). I do recall that back in the 1980s when I used to hike out along New York Creek with the Big Guy to fish off the shore of Folsom Lake, the bridge did not yet exist. A lot can change in three decades, and this lovely bridge is definitely an improvement!
