Some details from our Sweetwater Trail hike yesterday.
I’m not sure what plant this is, but I saw a lot of the pale pink flowers along the trail

The plant you mention is a Woodbalm a species of Pitcher Sage. It’s also known as California Pitcher Sage.
Thank you! I was hoping someone could ID it for me. I don’t recall ever seeing it before, but now I’ll keep my eyes open for this plant. ☺️
