The Adventure Continues… Sea Caves
I hope you’re up for a watery adventure today! This 2005 episode of California’s Gold is just the sort of outing that made me feel jealous of Huell’s job. It also happens to tie in rather well with another post I’m hoping to share quite soon, related to my own recent adventures in Mendocino County. If, like me, you may never get the chance to experience Santa Cruz Island’s sea caves, the good news is that there seem to be plenty of brave and hardy folks more than happy to share their own experiences via the internet.
Huell travels out to Santa Cruz Island to explore its famous sea caves by kayak, and spends a day paddling way back into these sometimes very narrow and always very dark and wet caves.
