The final segment of this series finds Huell visiting the border crossing into Mexico (where he makes friends with a drug-sniffing dog) and then exploring the town of Imperial Beach. Of course he stops to eat at the local hotspot and meets some of the town’s colorful characters before ultimately planting his small flag on California’s southwest corner.
