I think it was April 1980 when I went along with my parents, my sister, and my niece and nephew to visit the Maritime Museum of San Diego. Sadly, I barely paid any attention to the other historic ships because I was much too enthralled by the Star of India; I shared my photos from that day in October 2018 (see Memory Monday, Week 86).

I’m glad my mom shot plenty of photos, as we went from the museum on San Diego’s waterfront to Point Loma, on the other side of the bay. I’ll be sharing the pictures from that part of our adventure next week.
