The Adventure Continues… Yosemite Falls Trail
Last weekend the temperatures were sizzling here in the Sacramento Valley, so of course I started thinking about escaping to some cool spot in the mountains — like Yosemite. I’ve mentioned more than once that I have yet to visit Yosemite National Park in my life; and while the ongoing health crisis means that you currently need reservations to drive into the park, it’s still fairly packed with people just now. This episode of California’s Golden Parks gives fair warning: if you plan to spend any time on the valley floor, including hiking to the Lower Yosemite Falls, expect lots of people! Of course, just a quick look will make it obvious why — it’s an incredibly beautiful spot.
Huell’s off to Yosemite National Park where he walks the newly rehabilitated trails to the base of Yosemite Falls, the highest waterfall in North America.
