The human touch
It’s been quite awhile since I last visited the trail along Hinkle Creek and I figured I was about due to return! I was curious to see if there had been any changes — but for the most part things looked about the same, much to my relief. One spot along the trail that I especially remembered is a small clearing that previously contained a rope swing. Yesterday I found the rope swing was gone; I took a closer look and found quite a few small decorations in the area. I’m not sure how long some of them may have been here. Most are temporary and add a degree of charm to the scene; others are more permanent or not so good for the environment. They do make for an interesting walk with my camera though!
