Just a few of the photos from my wanderings around Mendocino village last week.

Zooming in closely on my computer, I realized the man in the photo above was carrying an American flag. Now I kind of wish I’d stayed to see what he was doing.

It’s quite clear who won this battle!

I wasn’t aware of the significance of the two signs shown below until I did a bit of homework online. Then I learned that the house attached to this lovely garden was the home of Richmond Aguilar, a gaffer and lighting director in Hollywood who passed away in February 2022 at the age of 90.
