At first glance, Bruhel Point is nothing more than a vista point located a little way north of Fort Bragg on Highway 1 in Mendocino County. It’s okay if you’re content to stay near the car and enjoy the view, but there’s so much more to see. During our visit we had the entire place to ourselves, and it’s quite a beautiful spot. I found plenty of cool things to photograph — colorful flowers, magnificent scenery, and even a few tidepools in the rocks. I would have been happy to stay a lot longer and explore the whole area!
