Our journey through Arizona, New Mexico, and northern Texas during the last week of July was marked by some pretty high temperatures, but we also got to experience several bursts of monsoonal moisture along the way. The ever-changing clouds roiling above the high desert landscape provided me with some amazing photo opportunities! I’m not sure I would want to live so far south, but the countryside is truly beautiful and majestic.
